For the 2009-2010 school year, TBEF in association with
the PTA is working to turn room 307 into a dedicated science lab, raising
the bar for science education at Tierra Bonita. Below you will find the initial
thoughts for the project. As the project continues throughout the year we
will update the below information so everyone can track our progress. The
target is to have the lab up and running by January 2010. In order to do
this we need to

Raise
the funds and define the budget for the project,

Transform
room 307 into a Science Lab,
·
Provide
teacher release days for additional lesson planning,
·
Organize
and purchase the necessary supplies.
